"And did you not hear of a jolly young waterman,
Who at Blackfriars Bridge used for to ply?
And he feathered his oars with such skill and dexterity,
Winning each heart and delighting each eye."

The importance of the individual forgotten in the presence of grandeur in the beating heart of City what other than humanity & person lay at its soul
Then he stands alone, perched on the parapet risking everything, for what? To be seen to be known!
Of Boomerangs and Iron bridges under a blanket of cotton cloud & blue sky and the flowing water below stands boldly between, the man of flesh and bone
See me he pleads lost amongst giants, see me, I exist, his plee
The underbelly of London on this bridge over Thames here a tear in its seam, see me
Of all that has past and all that is to come, hear his cry, for connection & purpose for humanity lost The child of Modern Man
He takes another gulp to numb his sorrow and forget his pain
See me, he salutes to heart and love
